We do not make inferences about any other personal information but note that it may be possible to know your full name and your company based on the email address when you contact us.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
The information collected via email is exclusively used to communicate with you properly, respond to your comments, suggestions, questions, and inquiries, and solve any potential issues you might have related to our Website.
The information collected via Google Analytics, including the geolocation derived from a portion of your IP address, is exclusively used to enable us to measure and report statistics about user interactions on the Website in order to develop, maintain, evaluate and improve our Website.

IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

- CloudFront (from AWS): It caches response data in globally distributed content delivery servers to provide the service. Therefore, your automatically collected IP address will be processed in edge locations located in United States and Europe. - Google Analytics (from Google): When you give us your consent, our Website makes use of this service. The cookies associated with this service send data to Google data centers located across the globe. - Zoho Mail (from Zoho): When you contact us via email, you are sending emails to our email hosting provider Zoho. The Zoho servers corresponding to us are located in Europe (the primary server is located in Amsterdam and the secondary server is located in Dublin). If you are a resident in the European Economic Area, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including by using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our third-party providers and us, where we are the data exporter, and the third-party providers are data importers. These clauses require all recipients to protect all personal information that they process originating from the EEA in accordance with European data protection laws and regulations. All our third-party providers also participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year.
When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your personal information, we will delete such information. Google Analytics keeps collected data for 12 months. All emails received from you will be manually deleted from Zoho servers after 12 months starting from the date they were sent. CloudFront may retain client IP addresses for monitoring and security purposes.
HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures which ensure adequate levels of protection. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Website or via email is at your own risk. You should only access the Website within a secure environment.
Our third-party providers have also adopted additional safeguards:

For data in transit, the Website uses industry standard transport protocols. This Webpage is offered through HTTPS. When accessing this page via HTTP you should be automatically redirected to HTTPS, securing data transmission by encrypting all data transits to match them to best practice in the protection of confidentiality and data integrity. A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate has been provisioned by Firebase Hosting.
The responsible persons indicated in the INTRODUCTION AND CONTACT DETAILS are the only ones authorized to access the accounts associated to the systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
In the event that your data is compromised, we will inform you and the competent supervisory authorities within 72 hours by email with information about the extent of the violation, the affected data, and impacts on the Website.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
